 DELIVERY COMMITMENT

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post or via Courier ( you can choose the courier option that best suits you at the checkout)

• However, please be advised, that we are restricted in some instances by weight restrictions when sending via Australia Post. If you are purchasing multiple items of any product ,large quantitiy purchases, or purchases that exceed a weight limit of 20 kg, you will generally need to choose the Local courier option at the checkout , that is closest to your destination area. If you are unsure, please send us an email first to confirm postage options. This will save any dissapointment with your order.

• We are also restricted via Australia Post,  in sending any Fresh, Frozen or Perishable products. You will therefore notice, that we have mentioned this in our Fresh/Frozen product section and you are asked to choose the Refrigerated Courier option at the checkout stage. The Refrigerated courier option is limited to Brisbane Metro - Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast Services in Queensland only, so once again, if you are unsure if you fall into those delivery areas, please send us a quick email first to confirm.

Upon placement of your order, you will recieve a confirmation email and we will endeavour to dispatch orders as soon as possible. However, should there be any forseeable delay, we will contact you via email to advise the status of your order. You will also recieve an email to confirm, once your order has been shipped. Orders are able to be tracked online.

RETURNS POLICY

No claims will be recognised unless claim is made within 7 days from receipt of product. ( Allowing average postage times as listed above )

(Sizes and lengths provided on the site are an "approximate" and are given only as a guide.
